These terms apply when you use frostkite.com or buy a Frostkite product or service. By using them you agree to these terms. Questions: hello@frostkite.com.

Our products and services

Each product or service is described on its own page or in our written offer to you, including what is included and the price. If that description and these terms disagree, the specific description wins.

Trials, billing and cancelling

• Prices are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time by emailing hello@frostkite.com or through your billing link. Cancelling stops future charges; the current period is not refunded unless the offer says otherwise or the law requires it.
• If something we delivered doesn't match what we promised, tell us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund that charge.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information and only data you have the right to share.
• Don't use our products for anything unlawful, for spam, or to harm others.
• Review important output (for example messages sent to your own customers) before relying on it.

Your data and work

You own the data you give us and the deliverables you pay for. We use your data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Our own software, templates and tools remain ours.

AI-assisted work

We use AI tools to produce parts of our work, and a person reviews what we deliver. AI output can contain mistakes; we correct any errors you report in what we delivered.

Limits

Our products are provided as described, without other warranties to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and changes apply from the next billing period. Either of us may stop the service by written notice.
