Privacy Policy

Frostkite ("we", "us") builds software and done-for-you services for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: hello@frostkite.com.
What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, email address and anything you write when you email us or sign up.
- Customer information. If you buy from us, the details needed to provide the service and bill you. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Public business contact information. We may contact businesses using contact details they publish themselves, such as an email address on their website or business listing. We do not collect personal social media profiles or private personal contact details.
- Basic site data. Standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) used to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and provide the products and services you ask for.
- To send occasional business emails about our services, which you can stop at any time.
- To bill you, keep records the law requires, and protect against fraud and abuse.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers we use to run Frostkite: Google (email, and business listings from Google Maps), Cloudflare (website hosting), Stripe (payments), and the AI services described below. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
Your choices
- Stop emails: reply "unsubscribe" or use the link in any email, and we will stop within 10 business days.
- See, correct or delete your information: email hello@frostkite.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Data from your business
When we provide a service, we use the files and data you give us only to do that work for you. We keep them only as long as needed for the service, or as you instruct, and delete them when you ask.
AI tools
We use AI services from Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini) to do parts of our work, such as drafting and checking emails and preparing deliverables. When we do, the text involved (for example an email you sent us, or business details from your website) is sent to that provider to process. A person approves every email campaign before it starts and every reply before it is sent.
We do not use your data to train AI models, and we use provider settings that keep it out of their model training where those settings are offered. AI never makes decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
How long we keep it
Business contact details we gathered for outreach are kept only while that outreach is active. If you ask us to stop emailing you, we keep just your email address on a do-not-contact list so we never email you again. Customer and billing records are kept as long as the law requires.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
