We find and email offices
We look up businesses in your area and email them in your company's name, with a short, honest note you approve first. Follow-ups stop the moment someone replies or opts out.
You get the interested ones
When an office writes back asking for a walkthrough, a quote or more information, we send it straight to you with the full message. You take it from there.
Pricing
Simple, and only when it works. No monthly fee and no contract.
A $99 refundable deposit starts your campaign. For comparison, cleaning companies often pay $190 to $300 per lead from cold-calling services.
What counts as an interested reply
Written down up front, so there's never an argument about it.

- A real person at the business asking for a walkthrough or a quote
- Asking about your prices or availability
- "Yes, send me more information" or "call me"
Doesn't count
- "No thanks" or "we're happy with our cleaner"
- Out-of-office and automatic replies
- Unsubscribes, bounces and spam complaints
- Anyone already on your client list

Questions
Do I need to give you access to my email?
No. We email from a separate address set up for your company, so your own inbox and domain are never touched. You just give us written permission to reach out in your name.
Who are you emailing?
Local businesses that hire cleaners (offices, clinics, property managers and similar), using the contact email each one publishes on its own website. Never personal emails, and never your current clients.
Will people think it's spam?
We keep it small and personal: a few emails a day, short and honest notes, a real business address and an easy way to opt out. Anyone who opts out is never emailed again.
How fast does it start?
Setup takes a few days. A brand-new sending address then needs about two to three weeks of gradual warm-up before emails can go out, so expect first replies in roughly a month.

Yes. Email Sam and we can set up a quick phone or Zoom call.
Are you new?
Yes, and we'd rather say so. We're starting with a small number of cleaning companies, so we can't show you past results yet. That's why you only pay for interested replies.
